Appointment / Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 days prior to your scheduled time. Rescheduling is allowed only once, so please carefully select your new appointment or touch-up session date.

Emergencies: If an emergency arises and you need to make changes within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, we will not accept any future bookings from you. Additionally, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Have known sensitivities to topical numbing agents or cosmetic pigments.

Have a medical condition that affects healing (consult with your healthcare provider for clearance).

Have recently used products or medications that may affect skin health.

Have irritated or sensitive skin near the treatment area, such as redness, dryness, or other skin concerns.

Have a history of raised or uneven scarring (e.g., keloids).
