Appointment / Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling can be done till 3 days prior to your appointment.

• Rescheduling is only allowed once. Please carefully consider and choose your new or touch up session reservation schedule.

• Please communicate with us if there is any emergency to change within 3 days prior to your appointment.

• If you NO SHOW, we will not accept any future appointments. 

• If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

• Please arrive on time. 

• If you are more than 15 mins late, you will need to reschedule.

YOU SHOULD NOT GET A COSMETIC TATTOO IF YOU

• are under 18 years of age

• are pregnant or nursing

• are undergoing chemotherapy

• are using Retin-A

• have allergies to lidocaine and cosmetic colorants

• have diabetes(Doctor's release required)

• have used Steroids, Accutane

• have irritated facial skin includes rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, shingles, rashes, or anything else near brows

• prone to Keloids
